The Air Force Association’s Teacher of the Year program is a partnership between Rolls Royce Aircraft Engines and AFA. Each year AFA chapters choose a chapter Teacher of the Year effectively focused on STEM and aerospace education. States then decide upon an AFA State Teacher of the Year.
